Shared channel sharing issue

Question

Hello, I have a Teams group with including Private and Shared Channel. I have sent Guest invite from Entra ID and was able to add external user to Teams group. My end goal is to share a Folder from a Shared Channel to an external user but when sharing it is giving below error: "Your organization's policies don't allow you to share with these users. Go to External Sharing in the Office 365 admin center to enable it.", I have referred few articles and made changes and also checked external sharing settings on both Teams admin and SharePoint admin center all they all look good to me. Issue still persists.

Could you please tell me:

Do you want to invite a guest user to a shared channel?

Guest users cannot be invited to a shared channel. This is by design in Teams. You can invite external users (non-guest users) to a shared channel and share files.

If you want to share files with guest users, you can invite them to a private channel.
