I am currently following the steps of Module Exercise "Exercise - Create an Azure virtual machine"
I am getting the below error unfortunately:

If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.

UPDATE 2024-01-06: It appears to be broken for many people now. You may copy/paste code below instead of the code in the exercise and it should work fine. Make sure you Activate a fresh sandbox and when the Cloud Shell window is ready Copy/Paste the two code blocks below instead of corresponding blocks in the exercise.
From Cloud Shell, run the following az vm create command to create a Linux VM:
Azure CLICopy
rg=$(az group list --query [0].name -o tsv)
az vm create --resource-group $rg --name my-vm --public-ip-sku Standard --image Ubuntu2204 --admin-username azureuser --generate-ssh-keys
Unfortunately Q & A won't allow me to post the second code block. Basically, it is the same as what is in the exercise except you need to substitute $rg for [sandbox resource group name], as shown in screenshot:
When the exercise works properly, during the sandbox activation process it updates the resource group name (to the "learn-" that was generated) in the code block so that when you copy/paste into the Cloud Shell window it will work. It appears that it failed for some reason in your case.
