@Justin Mari Salazar Thanks for reaching out. Scaling the messaging units of an Azure Service Bus Premium namespace, whether scaling up or down, does not cause downtime. This means you can adjust the number of messaging units (e.g., from 2 MU to 1 MU) without interrupting your service.
