Azure and Visual Studio Enterprice Subscription expiration

Neither I nor my organization noticed that my Visual Studio Enterprice Subscription had expired. When I noticed this, the subscription was returned by my organization, but it looks like a new subscription and I'm afraid that I will lose access to Azure Visual Studio Enterprice Subscription and Azure DevOps for the next billing period. There are many of my prototypes and experiments that are difficult to reproduce in a new subscription. Will my old Azure subscription automatically renew with my new Visual Studio subscription? Do I have to do something for this?

It does not automatically renew your existing Azure subscription. I will recommend contacting Billing Support to assist you.

Please create a ticket via:

You can also try by phone:
