"Specified server name is already used" when re-creating deleted PostgreSQL flexible server

Question

Hi,

Today I've created and deleted a PostreSQL flexible server a couple of times (using the Azure CLI). When I now try to recreate the server I keep receiving the message "Specified server name is already used". However, it doesn't show up neither in the portal, nor when listing our Postgres servers with

az postgres flexible-server list

Any suggestions?
