UWP application hangs at splash screen

We are using a UWP application and it hangs on splash screen intermittently while launching and not proceeding towards landing page.

No issues with Windows.Activate method as per the logs neither the event viewer is giving any hint of failure

Thanks for the response , we are making the application as a startup app and running it in minimized mode , so that when logged in , app will be auto launched and will be getting auto minimized , we maximize it when we need to use some features . When we attempt to reboot multiple times , at one instance when we try to maximize the app , it is hanged in splash screen and not showing the home page . Fail rate 4/10 attempts.

I am afraid, I am not able to share the code due to security constraints, but any system specific system log can help to root cause the issue or any troubleshooting steps to be followed , please let me know.

Could you please share more information about your real scenario like how is your app installed? Did you launch the app from the start menu or using other ways?

There might be some information in the event viewer as well. Please go to Event Viewer -> Applications and Services Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Apps -> Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational and check the log to see if there are any information about an error or exception. You could check the description and possible causes based on the error ID in the troubleshooting documents for some common errors:
