Problem Resizing Recovery Partition

I am getting the error: "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643)"

From all the resources I have found this requires me to increase the size of my recovery partition. After going through the steps to do that I end up with unallocated space that is not adjacent to the recovery partition (RP). I have used partition wizard to try to rearrange the partitions so that I could extend or merge the RP with the unallocated space, but there are two other partitions "in the way" that I can't move.

In this image I have already removed the unallocated space. However, the best I have been able to do is move it just to the left of the C: partition.

    Update:

I was able to resolve this by creating unallocated space. Then deleting the recovery partition, create a simple partition using the old recovery partition location. Then make the new location the recovery partition.

I know that is clear as mud, but it ultimately worked. Basically, I forced it to use a different location for the partition for anyone reading this in the future.

    Hello

By default, the windows disk tool only support to extend the space with the next parition. Since present disk partition has no more unallocated for the recovery partition to extend. Create a new recovery partition seems to be the solution.
