My "MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Customer Engagement Apps (CRM)" exam is set to expire on September 15th. Despite receiving an email about renewing the exam, I can't find the renew button next to it in the Credentials tab.

I used the latest version of Edge, accessed from an InPrivate browsing window, and cleared the temporary internet files and cookies. still I can't see the renew button. Please help me.
