Laptop Keeps Freezing – Need Help Diagnosing and Fixing the Issue

Hello,

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my laptop that keeps freezing intermittently.

Here are the details:

Laptop Model: DELL INSPIRON

Operating System: Windows 10

The laptop freezes randomly, and I have to force a shutdown.The freezing happens during various activities (browsing, using applications, idle, etc.). Sometimes the screen goes unresponsive, and other times it completely locks up with no response.Or its stuck on BSOD with error "System Thread Exception not handled

Steps Taken So Far

Checked for and installed all Windows updates. Updated all drivers (graphics, chipset, etc.). Ran a full antivirus scan (no threats found). Performed DISM, CHKDSK,SFC but nothing seems to work.Ran windows memory diagnostic to see if it's a ram issue but there was no issue.I have not recently changed any hardware or installed any software.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    I see that your laptop crashes randomly and have done a lot of related checks, but the problem still exists.

    Since all services have stopped working when the computer crashes, it is impossible to record the information when the problem occurs (such as event log), so we need to collect dump files.

    Generate a kernel or complete crash dump - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn

    Then use the Windbg tool to analyze the dump file:
