    Make sure VM is shutdown.

    Right click on VM under Hyper-V Manager and choose Settings.

    Select the virtual hard disk you want to expand.

    Click on "Edit" Choose "Expand" and enter the new size for the virtual hard disk.

    Follow on-screen instructions.
