When PC is remoted, restart and shut down are not present in the start menu. If I physically go to the remote PC, all of the options are in the start menu. I have searched high and low for answers to this problem, but have come up w/nothing. I

When PC is remoted, restart and shut down are not present in the start menu. If I physically go to the remote PC, all of the options are in the start menu. I have searched high and low for answers to this problem, but have come up w/nothing. I have tweaked the registry, Gpedt, and services . Nothing works.

    Hello,    

    You may check your group policy, since you cannot find these options when you are using rdp , I suggest you can find if there's anything changed on : 

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment. 

    You can try to set "Remove “Disconnect” option from Shut Down dialog" to disabled and restart your PC.
