Restore an Azure Web App Backup: Are deployment slots required?

When I select a Backup point to restore, the Restore button is grayed out. It looks like the Portal window is (mistakenly) requiring the Deployment Slot option. There is no "Create new" option available.

Are Backups only available for SKUs above B*?

    Hello @SeaDude are you still facing this issue. this odd behavior. Backups in Azure App Service are available for Basic, Standard, Premium, and Isolated tiers. However, for the Basic tier, only the production slot can be backed up and restored. If you’re on a tier below Basic, you won’t have access to the backup and restore features.
