Hello all,

It would be great if someone gets me a solution to this. We are a production environment.
I have a user who cannot receive emails and send emails from one particular computer. The user can access his email using the web interface and also can access using the outlook app on other computers.
Also the computer has a bunch of different people logging and everybody else is able to access their email (send and receive) as they are connected to : Microsoft Exchange all time.
Only one particular user, is having issues with one particular computer where he cannot get his outlook connected to Microsoft Exchange.

Things i have tried :

  • delete and create user mail profile
  • re-installed O365.

Any help will be appreciated. I'm new to the support world. Starting as a Junior DSST. Please don't judge me lol. Also English is not my first language so please bear with me.

Thank you for reading this.

Can you recreate the Windows Profile for this user on that machine? I'd consider that :)

    Hi @Abhishek Patel ,

How is everything going now? Can the recreating new Windows Profile method help solve your issue?

If the issue still continues, it is also suggested for you to run the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer in your browser to test the connection between this problematic device and your Exchange mail server and see if we could get more information for further troubleshooting.

Any update, please feel free to post back.
