donwload apps automatically

hello,

so i wonder how to manage that automatically download apps when new user signs in. for example, i hire new person, next thing is creating user in azure portal, registering new user, what i want is that when that user signs in laptop with company credentials, some apps for example DataGrip download itself without user interaction. how to manage that, what i need

P.S. i also want to know if it is possible to make some kind of function or something which checks if update of DataGrip has released and if it did, update DataGrip and if it is possible that when user signs in windows and DataGrip will downlaod itself his (user's) credentials be automatically inputed into DataGrip so not to sing in DataGrip again
