Unable to connect to my Ubuntu virtual machine

I have created the Azure ubuntu VM as i am unable to connect to virtual machine.

1- From command prompt i was getting time out issue

2- From CLI (Bash) , getting permission denied

3- I am getting software time out while connection through Putty

I tried connecting from the differnt laptopn and i was able to connect. Kindly suggect me the actual reason and fix

    It looks like you might be utilizing the incorrect login credentials for your Ubuntu VM. I noticed that in example 1 and 2 you are trying different usernames. Please confirm the username you are using when you created the VM. The default username is azureuser also can you confirm that you have setup the VM to utilize password login? If you are unsure, you can try resetting the password.
