Why do i get MaxNumberOfGlobalEnvironmentsInSubExceeded) without having a created environment

Hello,

I am learning Azure ContainerApps on a trial subscription and i am creating and deleting several resource groups and environments.

After i deleted all my resources and resource groups I am now trying to create fresh resources.

I created a resource group rg-aca and as you can see from below Azure CLI output i don't have any environment created in this group. However after trying to create an environment I get error :

(MaxNumberOfGlobalEnvironmentsInSubExceeded) The subscription '7cc54bed-9266-4c22-b3f9-ff836e6a2abc' cannot have more than 1 Container App Environments. For more information, visit: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2208872
