I changed a process from Agile to Scrum and lost all the data

Hello,

I recently changed the process of my project in Azure DevOps from Agile to Scrum. After this change, it seems that I lost all the data on my boards, including tasks, bugs, and user stories. I checked the recycle bin but found nothing there. I also reviewed the column settings, as shown in the attached image, but still couldn't recover the lost data.

Here is a summary of what I did:

1. Changed the project process from Agile to Scrum.
2. All data on my boards disappeared.
3. Checked the recycle bin and column settings without success.

I urgently need help to recover my data as it is critical for the progress of the project.
