Searching in Shared Mailboxes

In Outlook365 when I search in my own mailbox, on the left of the search box I can limit the search to Current Folder, Subfolders, Current Mailbox, All Mailboxes and All Outlook Items. When I search in shared mail boxes I only get All Mailboxes, All Outlook Items, Current Folder. My colleague has all options in shared mailboxes. How do I get all options?

How is the shared mailbox added? The available options (and in general many other Outlook features) depend on the method you're using to access the mailbox, and will differ between an automapped (or added via File > Account settings) vs "direct" access via File > Add account.

    Hi @Martin Joughin

    Thanks for your response.

What is the version of your Outlook? It is recommended that you please check the Outlook client version (File>Office Account>Product Information) and try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.

In addition, for auto-mapped shared mailboxes, turning off cached mode for the shared mailbox can help. If you have cache mode turned on, it is suggested that please turn it off to see if there is any difference.

    Hope it helps!
