Azure Migrate Appliance does not display in portal

Hi, we've deployed the required OVA for Azure Migrate, entered the key, and the device registered. However, it is not showing up in the portal even after several days. We then deleted the on-prem appliance and redeployed with the same results. No errors were received during setup or configuration so we're not sure what's wrong.
