Getting Error: read ECONNRESET while accessing Open API through VPN in Azure

I have configured the Azure VPN (P2S) and able to connect to the VPN from client machine successfully. But when I'm trying to send a request to an OPEN API through Postman Desktop, it's throwing an error "Error: read ECONNREST" whereas I'm able to successfully send a request to the OPEN API using Postman Web or using FreeOpenVPN.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you using Azure OpenAI Service or something else?
- If so, are you use Azure OpenAI with Private EndPoint in the Virtual Network?
Azure P2S is used to connect a remote machine to Azure VNET
- It has no idea about the services' private endPoints that are present in the VNET
- As long as you are able to connect to other VMs in the VNET from the P2S Clients, the VPN Connection is correct.
Please share a detailed architecture diagram of your set up so that we can assist further
