Why are Azure Modules overly vague with "Check your knowledge" sections?

Just curious if anyone else is running in to this "gotcha" check on learning from Microsoft Learn.

Case in point: After going through the MS Azure "What is an Network Virtual Appliance (NVA)" module, the check on learning #2 question asks "How might you deploy a network virtual appliance?" See the screengrab of the question (attached).

Answer #1 is the correct answer yet Answer #4 would also be a correct answer, providing the "configure the appliance to connect to the production and perimeter networks" includes the configuration found in Answer #1. You can't pull an NVA from the Azure Portal as a resource since it's not a service Azure provides, so you do have to visit the Market Place and select your NVA.

It's this kind of ambiguity that can confuse an audience and was wondering if others have seen the same with Microsoft Learn learning paths.

This question is related to the following Learning Module

Azure Training
Azure Training
Azure: A cloud computing platform and infrastructure for building, deploying and managing applications and services through a worldwide network of Microsoft-managed datacenters.Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
