CmRcViewer.exe - Unable To Connect To Device

Hi,

I am having issues connecting to devices with the software center client installed. When I use CMRCViewer.exe and attempt to connect to a device I get the following errors:

I am a member of the local administrators & config mgr remote users. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
