Ctrl + Enter shortcut does not work

Hi,

I have downloaded Office 2021 LTSC Professional Plus 2021, you can see the version below.

But I cannot use ctrl+enter shortcut to fulfill the cells I select. Most of the other shortcuts I tried, work perfectly. I tried to try that shorcut in another workbook, running with safe mode, ctrl+fn+enter combination and even reinstalling the Office but it is still not working. What should I do with it? Thanks in advance

How did you use the shortcut Ctrl + Enter? Did you enter the formula or value?

I suggest you check if you have macros assigned to Ctrl + Enter, they might be overriding the default behavior. Then you can Go to Windows Settings- Accessibility- Keyboard- Turn off Sticky Keys:
