When trying to login to TMobile (https://signin.sso.idp.t-mobile.com/) from My Microsoft Edge browser on my desktop, I get a sign in failure, and when try to change the password, I get the following error message:

{     "fault": {         "faultstring": "Unable to identify proxy for host: secure and url: /idm-usermanagement-ui/v1/user/forgotpassword",         "detail": {             "errorcode": "messaging.adaptors.http.flow.ApplicationNotFound"         }     } }

No issues logging in with Google Chrome. I deleted all cache & temporary internet files and tried again, but running into the same problem. Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks

Jay

    Originally, I almost ran out of space on my C: drive. Some of the Windows updates started to fail. I cleared space on my C: drive, and when I ran a file scan, I found some corruption in my files. I was getting errors browsing with Edge, especially when watching videos online.

    I tried repairing the OS, which improved the environment, but I was still encountering errors when browsing with Edge. Today, I decided to back up my data and reinstall the OS from scratch. I uninstalled all old software, formatted my OS drive, and reinstalled the OS.

    The system has been running smoothly since then. I no longer get errors browsing T-Mobile and other sites. I believe that was all that was needed, and now I am operating in a stable environment again. I can browse T-Mobile sites and watch streaming videos without any errors.

    Reinstall the OS on the computer fixed all the issues.
