Hello Support team,
I did exam on July 22,2024 for Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect and i did pass my exam and up to this moment there is no certificate that is issued and i did not receive confirmation email from Microsoft to notify me about passing my exam either details on my certification. Where and how can i access my certificate/online badge? It has been 3days now, please assist.

I need help, i did exam and i was issued a certificate for Identinty and Access Administrator Associate with Credential A9023447F2BE3235 mistake happen on one has my middle name N and the other has no N thus why my Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Certification is not issued. How can i resolve this issue?
