Hi there
I undertook an Azure virtual training day on 12 and 13 November. I now wish to book my exam for around Friday 18 December.
I am following the link provided (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-au/learn/certifications/exams/az-900) and the instructions in the video (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/videoplayer/embed/RE4DoHP). After clicking "Schedule with Pearson VUE" I receive the following error:
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam: •Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
•Clear all cache and cookies
•Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum. "
I have tried all of the suggested steps and I still cannot schedule my exam.
I will also likely need some support with linking my discount with my personal Microsoft account, as I attended the virtual training via my work email.
