Remote Desktop App

Question

The Remote Desktop app no longer responds in windows 10, i.e. as soon as you start the app, it does not happen as if it had not been clicked.

• User data reset
• Software was uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Ensure that the network connection is normal and stable.
2. The firewall or antivirus software may interfere with the running. Temporarily turn off or disable firewalls and other third-party security software as a test.
3. Check to install the latest patches and updates in Windows Update to improve system compatibility and stability.

If the problem persists, look for error messages related to printer service in the application log and system log in the Event Viewer. Before viewing the query, enable "Show Analytic and Debug Logs."
