I accidentally deleted my certifications, classes, etc from Microsoft Learn profile. Can I get them back?

I unknowingly had 2 Microsoft Learn profiles. I deleted 1, thinking it was the un-important one, just to learn that it was the one that had all my info. Can I get this back? Thanks
