Not able to create a new environment

Iam trying to create an environment in trial instance. It is showing the error. A self-service signup plan is required to successfully complete the request. I am learning CRM. trying to create a new trial instance. and now i am stuck.

also i would appreciate if any resource link or guidance link is provided to create a trial instance. thanksself_service_signup
