How can I get my Yubikey to use as a computer login on Windows 10?

I have a yubikey and have been trying to get it to install into windows 10 login and cant seem to figure it out. I downloaded the YubiKey Login but it doesn't show my account when it asks for me to select an account to add to the YubiKey login? How do I fix this issue.
