Kindly note Application Insights Agent (formerly named Status Monitor V2) is a PowerShell module published to the PowerShell Gallery which replaces Status Monitor. Seems you are deploying using legacy Status Monitor. Instead of it ,I would suggest to follow these instructions to install Application Insights Agent to monitor IIS.
