One Drive when document shared comes up with 404 error

Me and my husband run our own company and we use one drive to store all of our business documents. When he shares a file with me from microsoft word I am able to see it in the "Shared with you" part of one drive but when I click on it it pops up with 404 error and I am not able to see the document just wanting to know how we can fix this so that he is able to send me documents when he is not at home and we do not share the same microsoft account.
