How did you open the file?
Did you open it from OneDrive web- Share group? Or did you open it from link?
Did you try to open from Office application directly? You can create a connection between Office application and OneDrive service.
Did this problem appear in all shared files?
I suggest you try to share a new file and check if you can open it.
Then make sure the file is not expired, you can also try to re-share the file to your account.
