Window 11 Pro, 23H2

I am at this state (brief overview)

Could not install a device driver, component store corrupted. Ran SFC /scannow - OK. Ran DSIM /restorehealth - failed on can't find source files. Checked SSSD health and it was at 20%.

Replaced SSD & restored system image file. Component store still corrupted. Next ran in-place widows 23H2 (iso) upgrade (keep files/apps). System can up clean for SFC & DISM

Before making any system changes, I tried to create a new system image backup. This is what I got:

image Researched that and found reserve patrikin was 350 MB. Re-partitioned to system reserve partition to 1 GB.

D drive is program folders (x32 & 64).

What do I need to do to create a system image backup?
