Emails Stuck in Draft Folder After Installing Exchange Server 2019

After successfully installing Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, I am encountering an issue where emails are not being sent and remain stuck in the Drafts folder. Despite configuring the server and creating new mailboxes, any attempt to send an email results in it being stored in the Drafts folder indefinitely. I have verified that the mailbox database is mounted and online, and there are no immediate errors indicating connectivity or configuration problems. I am seeking assistance to diagnose and resolve this issue so that emails can be sent successfully from the server.

As you have already checked some of the functions, to fix this issue-

    ·         Check send connector in email settings

    ·         Check transport services

    ·         By using EMS, you can test mail flow by running command- Test-Mailflow

    ·         Verify that the DNS settings are correct so that the email can be sent.
