how to enable diagnostic settings as i am noticing grade out option below?

    Hi,

    First you need to create a storage account (StorageV2 is fine) in same region as VM. Once you have that created, navigate back to the Diagnostic settings blade of the VM, select the storage account, then click Enable guest level monitoring. You may need to refresh the page to get the newly-created storage account to show up in the dropdown.
