I can't see any screenshot uploaded.

I recommend to completely scan your system with Windows Security, see if it works.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It sounds like you might have some kind of suspicious or potentially malicious software on your computer. Here are a few steps you can take to try to identify and deal with the unknown app in Windows 11:

    1. Check Task Manager:

Right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager.

Look for any unfamiliar processes in the Processes tab. Right-click on these processes and select Open File Location to determine their source.

    1. Scan for malware:

Perform a full system scan using Windows Defender or any reputable third-party antivirus software.

Before running a scan, make sure your antivirus software is up to date.

    1. Safe Mode:

Restart your computer in Safe Mode. You can enter Safe Mode by pressing the Shift key while clicking Restart on the power menu or by going to Settings->System->Recovery->Advanced startup.

In Safe Mode, try uninstalling the app again through Settings->Apps->Apps & Features.

    1. Check startup programs:

Go to Settings->Apps->Startup tab to see if the program is set to run at startup.

    Disable any suspicious programs.

    1. Use System Restore:

If you recently installed this unknown application, you could restore your system to a previous state before the installation.

Go to Control Panel->Recovery->Open System Restore. Please note that this method will only work if you have previously created a system restore point.

    1. Check installed programs:

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and look for recently installed or unknown apps.

Try to uninstall them from here.

    1. Check for suspicious entries in the registry:

Be very careful with this step. Press "Win + R" to open "Run", type "regedit", and press Enter.

Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" and look for any suspicious entries.

    You can also check "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run".

Before deleting any suspicious entries, make sure you have backed up the registry.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
