I am trying to import excel file ( 50000 records) to SharePoint list using import spread option.
Though excel sheet contains data, and no issues with it I am getting below error when click on import option. Please help
2nd requirement is , in case if above method does wont work, I tried other way around using export option from excel files it self but export option is grade out nor design option is available. Excel is 2019. Please help here as well. Thank you in Advance.

Are you using IE? You need to use IE for this feature and please make sure you have add the site to the trusted sites.
And for exporting Excel table to SharePoint list, you will need to first format it as a table. Check the tutorial here.

Yes. I am using IE. And verified adding site in trusted zone. but it did not work same error.
Regarding First option in the blog you have shared, there is no list in the sharepoint readily.
so for me second and 3rd option is applicable. however I tried 2nd option it gave same error.
in 3rd option. there is no option called "Export" from excel. Please find attached screenshot.
Please let me know how we can sort this out. Thank you

Just as I said in the reply, you need to first format it as a table just like the blog said. Then you shall have the Table Design tab
