Não consigo entrar na conta do microsoft

Formatei meu computador recentemente, e quando fui logar a conta do microsoft na conta do pc eles pedem o login e etc, e eu botei o email com a senha correta, mas logo depois que eu entro aparece isso pedindo outra senha do microsoft, e eu botei a senha que de fato eh, mas de alguma forma da erro e fala que ta errado. Eu nao sei que senha estao me pedindo e nem tem opcao de esqueceu a senha nem nada.User's image
