Hello Team,

I have developed a Canvas PowerApps application where I have connected the data source to SharePoint. I am using an edit form in my PowerApps to submit all the details to SharePoint. These details are stored in a collection within PowerApps and are displayed on my PowerApps List Screen. Currently, everything is working properly. However, I anticipate a potential issue when the records exceed 2000, as I believe it may not support fetching and displaying that many records on my List Screen. Could you please provide a workaround for this? I need to display the details without any delegation warning and also need to show more than 2000 records. I would appreciate complete details on how to achieve this. Thank you.

From the SharePoint perspective, the list view threshold is a limit of 5000 items in the SharePoint online, which can’t be exceeded.

Reference about manage large list in the SharePoint.
