Can gpt-4o generate an image?

Hello, I'm currently using GPT-4o for prompt engineering and extracting information from uploaded images. I also need GPT-4o to generate images based on the identified information. Can GPT-4o handle this, or should I use the DALL-E 3 model instead?

Azure OpenAI GPT-4o model will interpret images but not able to generate images at this time.  

To answer your query, Yes. If you want to generate images, you need to use DALLE models.
