How can I recover my Microsoft Authenticator backup after accidentally overwriting it?

Hello - Today , I accidentally overwrote my Microsoft Authenticator backup not realizing that I was supposed to click on the recovery link prior to signing in my account. In any event I signed into my account and was going through setting on the authenticator app and toggled on the backup/sync not realizing that I was overwriting the backup from my old device that was saved on Friday. I no longer have access to my old device as I traded in and wiped that device for my new one. I currently can't access any of my banking, social media, emails (except this iCloud) or my home utilities as they were all tied to my authenticator app. Also I have new phone number which doesn't help either. 1124 & 0740 where both of my previous numbers tied to the mentioned apps. I have a new number that I was actively in the process of updating within each one of the apps but now I am at a standstill and can't do anything until I can regain full access and functionality of authenticator. I am looking for a miracle and hope you all can assist me in getting this resolved.
