How to fix Your organization's policies don't allow you to share with these users. Go to External Sharing in the Office 365 admin center to enable it.

Hello,

Can anyone help me on this?

Previously was able to share file with a guest, but now cannot.

Hello,
The error message you’re seeing is due to your organization’s policies that currently prevent you from sharing with certain users. Here’s how you can fix this:

Sign in to the Office 365 admin center with an account that has admin permissions.

Navigate to the Settings section and then select Services & add-ins.

Find and select Office 365.

Under the Sharing section, select External Sharing.
Admin centers > SharePoint

Configure External Sharing:

You'll typically find options like:

New and existing guests: Allows sharing with people outside your organization who have been invited.

Anyone**:** Allows sharing with anyone, including anonymous users.

Choose the appropriate level of sharing based on your organization's security requirements.**

Check the site setting for the affected site in the Admin centre maybe its overriding the Organization settings.
