I have created a free Azure tenant for learning purpose. It is created successfully but I cannot see M365 licenses which comes with this free account. I can see the free subscription is there. Check the screenshot when I go to assign license to my test users it is showing no license available.

    Hi,
Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that there are no licenses available to assign. This could be due to a few reasons:

User Mailboxes: This issue can occur if the user mailboxes are created in the Exchange admin center and the users aren’t yet assigned a license.

License Assignment: Ensure that the users in question have the necessary licenses assigned to them for Microsoft Teams.

Azure AD Role: Check if you have the necessary Azure AD role. You must be a Global, License, or User admin to perform the operation.

Azure Active Directory: Go to Azure Active Directory > Licenses > All products and check if Azure AD Premium P1 is listed as an assigned license.

Here are the steps you can follow to check for unlicensed users:
1.Sign in to the Office 365 portal (https://portal.office.com) as an admin.
2.Click users and groups, and then click active users.
3.Click Filter, and then in the drop-down box, click Unlicensed users.
4.To assigns a license to a user, double-click the user. On the "Assign licenses" page, click the checkboxes next to the items you want to assign, and then click Save.

If you have checked all of these and you are still having issues, it might be best to open a support case with Microsoft.
