On the first exercise for Resource locks on Azure, you are asked to select the Resource Group name to Create new with no further elaboration. There is an option to click Create new under Resource group but the exercise does not advise what to select and you can't leave blank or fill in with 'Create new.' Please advise how to complete this exercise, thank you.

    Hi Palmer, Zach

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum.

Sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. It looks like the instructions for creating a new Resource Group might not be very clear. Here are the steps you can follow:

    • Click on the "Create new" option under Resource Group.
    • You should be prompted to enter a name for the new Resource Group.
    • You can use a general name like “ResourceGroup1”, or any other name you prefer.
    • Complete any additional required fields if prompted.
    • Make sure all required fields are filled out. The exercise might not let you continue if any information is missing.
