facing this error regularly

    GatewayTimeout

Message: The gateway did not receive a response from 'Microsoft.Web' within the specified time period.

Give me some solution why it is showing those errors in activity logs

That Activity Log message describes a timed-out Azure Resource Manager control-plane operation against Microsoft.Web; it does not prove that a function invocation timed out. Open the failed entry and record the operation name, timestamp, statusMessage, operation ID, and correlation ID from JSON view. Check Service Health for an App Service or Functions incident in that region. In the Function App, run Diagnose and solve problems and compare availability, restarts, CPU, memory, storage connectivity, and deployment activity at that time. Use Application Insights and function logs separately to determine whether user executions were affected. If the failed management operation is safe and idempotent, retry it once after confirming the app’s current state; repeated portal retries can overlap. When the same Microsoft.Web timeout recurs without a listed incident, open Microsoft Support with the correlation IDs and UTC timestamps. Only Microsoft can trace an unresolved control-plane request beyond the customer-visible Activity Log.
