To resolve the missing scheduled exam, first confirm that your browser is up to date and delete your cache and cookies. Next, restart your browser in InPrivate or Incognito mode. Log in to Microsoft Learn using the same email address you used to book the exam, select Credentials from the menu inside your profile, then click Certification. If the schedule is still not reflected, try checking in with another email address you may have used. If the problem persists, please contact Microsoft Certification Support for help via the Microsoft Certification Support Forum.
