How do I sign up for access to OpenAI as an employee?

I was on the Azure Training Day to build a Generative AI app in a Day. I could not practice or follow along to "build the app in a day" due to lack of an Azure OpenAi subscription.

1. The instructor kept saying I should go to this link to sign up for an internal subscription: https://aka.ms/oaiapply.
2. When I click to the link there is no form to sign-up.
3. I thought I was missing something, so I asked CoPilot too: "It looks like the link provided by the instructor (https://aka.ms/oaiapply) does not lead to a sign-up form. This might be an issue with the link itself or the page it directs to. You might want to reach out to the instructor or the support team for further assistance."

I am trying to self-learn how to build AI models by doing trainings and studying for the AZ-900 (doing the A1-100 next to become an AI Engineer). What is the link to the form to sign up for a subscription as an employee?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As of now, Azure OpenAI service isn't available for creation across all subscriptions.

If your request for access to the Azure OpenAI service doesn't meet the Acceptance Criteria, you can still utilize the OpenAI public API instead.

Also, your subscription should use be a pay as you go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.

Azure OpenAI is now available to all subscriptions; you do not need to register for this now, as of this weekend.

So you can deploy your Models/Resources in the relevant regions.
