Authenticator app stuck in authentication loop?

Hi. I have the Microsoft authenticator app as two step verification for my school accounts (I have two--one work, one student), but I ended up getting a new phone. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but now I can't log into anything. When I try to log into my email in the authenticator app, but it asks me to authicate my account through the authenticator app first. Which I can't do until I'm logged in. So I have no way to prove it's me. How can I fix this?
