I'm experiencing issues with my Microsoft Certification account and exam visibility:

  1. Email Change: My account is linked to a former employer's email address. How can I update this to my personal email?
  2. Exam Visibility: I have an upcoming certification exam scheduled, but it's not showing in my dashboard or learning portal. How can I view or confirm my exam details?
  3. Pearson VUE Access: I'm having trouble accessing my exam information through Pearson VUE. What steps should I take to resolve this?

Can you please provide guidance on addressing these issues? If this requires sharing sensitive information, what's the best way to securely communicate with support?
