App not responding when I open it

I have this one app and whenever I try to open it, it will not respond and I have to close it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it three times and that hasnt fixed the issue. I've restarted my my computer twice and that hasnt fixed it. I have a ASUS laptop if that helps.
